THE FOOLISH UNLIMITED CO - DROP DEAD 30ML

A compliment with a body count. Belladonna. Named for the Renaissance women who dropped its berry juice into their eyes in the name of beauty. Bigger pupils were trending. Her full name is Atropa Belladonna, named after Atropos, the final Fate. Unlike most toxic plants which are bitter and quick to spit out, belladonna is sweet. That's why she's dangerous.

Drop Dead opens bright-eyed and sweet. Sugared lipgloss flirts a little. Quickly she matures into a deep, dark potion of berries, beeswax, wormwood, and decaying flowers. She fully ages into a vintage amber of incense and patchouli. You can call it old lady, she calls it rich. Finally, the smell of a freshly cut thread of wool. 

(No real Belladonna here, that wouldn't be safe.)

Bottled in the French Quarter, New Orleans, The Foolish Unlimited Co. is run by perfumer Ryan Capogreco, who has also been both a tarot deck designer and a strategy consultant. Years of telling other people's stories led him here, to finally make something of his own. Foolish is for those who care about the plot. It plays in the intersection of what's real and what might be. It doesn't care to be pretentious. It hates the status quo. It celebrates irreverence, but it also still gives a shit.
