COE is looking for a part-time shopkeeper to join our team!
We're looking for awesome humans who are motivated, detail oriented and excel in communication, customer service, and independent retail. Team players with a passion for local businesses and learning! COE is a concept shop mixing retail and coffee, so we're looking for team members who are organized, resourceful, and proactive. Hospitality lovers who are warm, welcoming, and helpful to our wonderful community of customers.
2+ years of barista is a must, and retail experience experience is desired. Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
Requirements:
- Part time position available for 2-3 shifts per week, with increased availability for holiday season starting in November. Weekend and holiday availability is a must. Shift hours range from 7:30am-5pm.
- 2+ years barista experience
- Proficient in technology: basic computer skills, Google sheets & docs
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds (shipments, trash disposal, etc.)
- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience
- Maintain cleanliness and merchandising
- Run cafe bar efficiently
- Open and close the shop following set operational procedures
- Receive shipments and process inventory
- Become an expert on our vendors and products to educate customers on our offerings

- Work in-store events

- $20/h plus tips
