A vetiver lover’s vetiver perfume about perspective, and one that embraces the material’s wondrous contradictions—metallic, soft, gruff, floral, rooty, green, grassy, oceanic—so that the material’s scent shape-shifts on the skin like the many-faced god Janus shares its name with. Starring ruh khus, a copper-pot distilled traditional extraction of North Indian vetiver, and featuring notes of fireworks, cucumber, marjoram, metal, violet leaf, magnolia, ocean air, geranium, petrichor, and galbanum.
