RAWSON VINTAGE WILL BE THE NEXT RESIDENCY AT THE CENTER

Join us on Sunday, July 14th from 11am-3pm for the official launch of the Rawson Outpost. Rawson is a vintage clothing studio that prioritizes the procurement of deadstock basics, utility clothing and artist wear, sourcing chore jackets from France, tees from Germany, tank tops from Greece and trousers from Italy.

"For our residency at COE, we will be presenting a collection of rotating garments shared by a fictional artist group at “The Center Lake Arts Residency”. The clothes that they bring with them to a mid-late Summer stay in the country to paint in a half-finished barn. Sometimes needing to pop back into the city for a gathering or for supplies. Wearing tees and tanks in the high heat, adding overshirts and sweatshirts as needed in the mornings and evenings. Without space for clothes in their cabins, they share this closet."
