Visit The Center of Order and Experimentation on October 24th for a local pop-up with Hello Clown Cakes and The Little Horse! 

Ellissa Jane of Hello Clown is an artist and pastry chef that likes to combine playful design with classical technique. With a background in fine arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and training from the French Pastry School, Ellissa explores the intersection of art and pastry. 

The Little Horse is a handmade, limited release sculpture series produced by Chicago artist Adehle Daley. Each horse is pinched out from one piece of clay, making each individual horse one of a kind in personality and form. The artist received her BFA in painting at the University of Iowa and has been pursuing the development of her work since graduating in 2019. Each horse is pumped full of whimsy to bring light and personality to your home.
